the hotel's location was convenient. it was within walking distance of key attractions. the staff helped with taking luggage upstairs. the room was a very good size!!!

underwhelming stay
stained walls worn furniture
The worn out furniture in the common areas looked bad. Throws were placed over the seats to hide the damage. the room was dirty. The walls were stained. bed runners had holes in them. Bed sheets also had holes.

charmed by my stay
free jacuzzi polite staff relaxing terrace
I was charmed by this place. the free jacuzzi, steam bath, and salt wall were a great bonus (i didn't expect that!). the staff was friendly and polite. i loved the terrace. It was perfect.
the lighting in the room was a bit too clinically white for my taste.
