The hotel is near Crystal Park. I found various restaurants nearby. Nevsky Cathedral stands a short 150m walk away. The price was excellent for a weekend.
The lighting in the room was clinically white.

The worn out furniture in the common areas looked bad. Throws were placed over the seats to hide the damage. the room was dirty. The walls were stained. bed runners had holes in them. Bed sheets also had holes.

I was charmed by this place. the free jacuzzi, steam bath, and salt wall were a great bonus (i didn't expect that!). the staff was friendly and polite. i loved the terrace. It was perfect.
the lighting in the room was a bit too clinically white for my taste.
